Hi's in 1984 in Brossard on south-shore of Montreal that he starts his first band with friends (Pat Marcil, Howard Francis, Mark Lemaire and Marc Audet) ''Cirkus Mind'' is born with their own composition has principal repertory.
From 1984 to 1990 they travel all over Quebec to be know.
All sorts of festivals, from apples to potatoes and corn to tobacco are a reason to play in front of a live audience.
Wether there'd be 20 or 2000 the intensity and originality would litteraly transform the mood of the place, let's mention that Hiboo gives his, all during his perfomance.
He lefts up the croud by his enthousiasm, ardour and the spectators are stunned each time he plays his famous teeth solo, the others musicians follow his lead and everyone remembers the show long after it's done.
In 1990, major changes in the band. After 6 years ''Cirkus Mind'' becomes ''Vol de Nuit'' and two new musicians (Alain Gemme and Jean Michel Blain are added in the band) and 2 others (Pat Marcil and Marc Audet) quit the band.
At the festival of the ''Les Voiles de Longueuil'' he gives a show live at CHAA-FM the radio local on south-shore.

In 1992 Cirkus Mind born again, with only 3 members in the band.

The ''Blues Billard'' at Brossard, the ''Pub de Chambly'' at Chambly, Le bistro du vieux Longueuil.
At St-Basile, the super show at the farm, the stage is the farm big trailer, over 100 peoples after 2 songs and over 500 at the end of the show.
In 1994 he decided to leaves by plane, at Vancouver in British Colombia.

No long time after, his love for the music win on him and he a made a new band.

A long tour for promote his newest album, from Vancouver, BC to North Bay Ont. By Winnipeg, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Calgary and Regina for named only that.
8 months 4 shows by week in each city.
In the middle of the tour, a second CD single, Sneak Peak is a title. A new video with the song Magical Dream for promote the first CD Album ''Burn The Band'' a relative succes in the store.
After this hard tour Hiboo cameback to Montreal and start to write a new material in the new style, a french song, with his own style with his guitar.
